Students Recycle Recognized

Congratulations to Students Recycle who received the Titans in Action Award at this year's Tuffy Awards. The Tuffy Awards are hosted by Student Life & Leadership to recognize student organizations and student leaders who have made a significant impact on campus and on students.

Criteria for the award included the following:

• Club/organization that for the 2014-15 academic year consistently planned and participated in programs that are volunteer service focused

• Positive contribution to university and community at large

• Exemplified excellent social responsibility, civic engagement, and leadership skills

• Community service is an expressed component of club mission

• Consistent time and resources shared for the sole purpose of benefitting others
